Summer Is Here!

Mari-Linn PTA would like to say "THANK YOU" for the support we received this past year. We are proud of all of the events we provided to our families and continue to think of more ideas for next year. If your interested in helping the PTA, we'd love to have you! Our first scheduled meeting for the new school year is Thursday, September 14th. @ 6:30 PM.

We raised $736.50 during our "Can You Spare $1.00?" Fundraiser. Thank you for helping us bring new books into our library. Mrs. Franklin's 1st grade class raised the most at $212.00. Keenan Henry, from Mrs. Harris' 5th grade class was the largest one donation of $100. We are so proud of each of you! We will continue to collect donations during the summer. If you wish to donate, please make your tax deductible check out to Mari-Linn PTA and send it to Mari-Linn PTA, P O BOX 74, Lyons OR 97358-0074.

Last August during registration days the PTA hosted a gently used clothing drive, as well as gave out free school supplies. We will be doing this again August 14th & 15th at the school during registration hours. If you would like to help us give back to our community, please save your gently used clothes, sports gear, back packs, shoes and gently read books.
