Welcome Back!!

The PTA would like to welcome back all of our fantastic Mari-Linn families!! We trust your summer has been amazing and you find yourselves refreshed and ready to begin a wonderful journey this year.

As you may have read in the Hornet Buzz Newsletter, Open House is scheduled for Thursday, September 10th. Classrooms are open from 6:00-6:30 pm to meet your child's teacher. Afterwards, Mr. Comstock, our Positive Behavior Support Advisor, will begin sharing what PBS means to us in the Gym. Mari-Linn School was the first school to pilot the program in the District. We are extremely excited to share what a difference it has made in our students.

While you're visiting the school, please take a moment to go through the FREE gently used clothing the PTA has put together. Donations are still being excepted and can be left in the school's office. Every little bit goes a long way.

** Please mark your calendar for our first meeting of the new year, Tuesday, Sept 15th. Meeting starts at 6:30 pm here at the school & FREE childcare is provided by our beloved Stayton High Senior, Ashley Bilyeu.

** Mari-Linn School hosts the North Santiam School District's first Board meeting of the new school year Thursday, September 17th. Mari-Linn Parents are encouraged to attend and show your Hornet Pride!! Meeting begins at 7:00 pm in the Cafeteria.

** We're still looking for clean up crew volunteers to help us during the early mornings of Sublimity Harvest Festival!! Help the PTA give back to our families & community by supporting our fundraising efforts.
